- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring accounting
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferable have an experience in coal mining company
- Able to work both independently and as a part of team
- Good knowledge in Tax (Brevet A & B)
- Possess working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to go the extra mile and meet tight deadlines
- Good in English or Hokkian (Preferable)
- Has Great level of attention to Detail
- Multitasking,Hard Worker, Thorough, honest, Discipline
HRD Supervisor Requirements: - Female, age max 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in the related field
- Hold at minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Human Resources Management/ Management/ Business from reputable Indonesian University
- Responsible for the operational and the implementation Company regulation, human resources policies from all department in order to achieved vision and mission of the Company (HR Generalist)
- Maintain employee database/manage administration of HRD
- Having knowledge of Payroll system, Labour Law (UU Tenaga Kerja), Insurance, Jamsostek
- Familiar with recruitment tools.
- Able to setting up SOP for the employment in line with Labor Law and business process
- Implement all procedures and SOP and complies with local regulations and Law
- Hardworking, fast learner, multitasking, well organized and be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Mature, good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good English proficiency Level
- Able to join immediately

HRD Staff Requirements: - Female Maximum 28 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Min 1 year experience handling HR
- Having knowledge about the recruitment and selection, interviewing, mastering tools and interpretation of psychology tests and personnel
- Having knowledge in personnel administration
- Able to speak English and Mandarin (Mandarin is optional)
- Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office)

- Create reports measurement of training effectiveness
